Our locally sourced specialist coffee roasters, based in Nottingham. 200 Degrees roast their Rainforest Alliance coffee at around 200 degrees Centigrade, giving it a smooth taste, less bitterness and a very simple name for the company. All of their green coffee beans are ethically sourced and roasted by hand, using traditional methods with a little bit of help from modern technology.
