Happy Larder Co.s elegant Earl Grey is sourced from tea plantations in Southern India: their higher altitude delivers a lovely fragrant tea without any hint of bitterness. Blended with the finest bergamot oil and beautiful blue cornflowers, this makes for a delicate, citrusy, and very pretty, cup of tea.
Brewing Instructions:
1 tspn per cup
100 degrees C
3-5 minutes
Enjoyed with or without milk, or a twist of lemon and sugar.
For the best tea use fresh, filtered water. Each pot can be infused 2-3 times, simply add freshly boiled water.
